1. Service
TranslateThatDoc provides software-assisted official-document translation. The service translates document text and rebuilds a final translated PDF for review.
TranslateThatDoc is not a law firm, immigration advisor, notary, government agency, or platform-issued certified translator. We do not guarantee that any court, agency, school, employer, consulate, or other institution will accept a translated document.
2. Reviewer signatures and certification
If you invite a reviewer, that reviewer or translator is chosen by you. The reviewer is responsible for deciding whether they are competent to review, sign, or certify the translation.
TranslateThatDoc staff do not automatically review, sign, certify, notarize, or attest to your translation. Any required certification or signature must come from a person you choose.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to upload the documents and information you submit.
- You must review the translated output before submitting it to any third party.
- You must not use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, altered, or unlawful documents.
- You are responsible for checking the receiving institution's translation and certification requirements.
4. Pricing and payment
Quotes are based on the source document page count shown before checkout. Reviewer sign-off is included at no extra charge when available. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. AI and output limitations
Translation, extraction, layout reconstruction, and quality checks may use automated systems and AI models. Output can contain mistakes, omissions, formatting differences, OCR errors, or artifacts from the source document. You should verify names, dates, numbers, registry details, signatures, labels, and other critical details.
6. Payments and support
If a delivered output is unusable or a download is broken, contact support@ltgai.com with the document title. Paid translation jobs are non-refundable once submitted for processing. We may inspect, rerun, or repair a job when the delivered output cannot reasonably be used, but we do not guarantee acceptance by any third party.
7. Data and privacy
Your use of TranslateThatDoc is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You should not upload documents unless you are comfortable with the processing described there.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. For questions, contact support@ltgai.com.
